Stan T. Phillips, MAI is the Managing Director of S. Phillips & Co., Inc. Mr. Phillips has been in the appraisal and consulting business since 1984, with specialized healthcare and seniors housing experience since 1991. Mr. Phillips earned his MAI designation in 1992 and has been a featured speaker for various healthcare and seniors housing trade associations across the country. Mr. Phillips has also qualified as an expert witness and testified in numerous state and federal courts over the past 15 years. Mr. Phillips is a contributing member of the National Investment Center (NIC) for the Seniors Housing and Long Term Care Industry and regularly attends trade shows, seminars and conferences relating to the healthcare and seniors housing industry. Mr. Phillips’ duties include day-to-day management and oversight, client relations, and quality control.

Jodi L. Johnson, MAI is a Senior Analyst with S. Phillips & Co., Inc., Inc. Ms. Johnson began her appraisal career in 1990 after successfully completing her Masters in the Land Economics and Real Estate (LERE) program at Texas A&M University. Ms. Johnson has been employed with S. Phillips & Co., Inc. since 1995 and has completed a broad spectrum of healthcare and seniors housing assignments across the country.
